Michael Ames

Michael is a dynamic mission-focused leader with over 30 years’ experience working as a direct care worker, clinician, program director, researcher, and leader in human services.  Prior to joining The Moore Center in September 2025, Michael led RFK Community Alliance through a period of tremendous growth, expanding the organization’s impact and scope of services.  Michael is passionate about making a difference for some of the most vulnerable members of our community. As an organizational leader, he is focused on building and supporting the systems and culture through which every team member can thrive and is committed to ensuring programming is innovative and compassionate, providing the support individuals need to live a good life.  In addition to Michael’s work as CEO of the Moore Center, Michael serves on several not-for-profit boards, including that of Community Support Network, Inc., and the Umass HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital.  Michael has a Ph.D. in Social Policy from The Heller School at Brandeis University, an MBA and MSW from Boston College, and a BA from Hobart College.  When not working Michael enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and enjoying the outdoors. 


Sabrina C. Beavens

A Director in the Corporate Department and Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, she counsels high net worth individuals and businesses — from emerging companies to large private enterprises — across a wide range of transactional and advisory matters, including commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, land use and permitting, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, title dispute resolution, and creditors’ rights. She has represented local and national clients in bankruptcy proceedings across the United States, and regularly advises clients on commercial financing, workout, and foreclosure matters. Although her practice today is primarily transactional, Sabrina is an experienced litigator who has handled complex business, bankruptcy, and real estate disputes in state and federal courts. That litigation background gives her a valuable perspective at the negotiating table — a firsthand understanding of where deals can go wrong, the real cost of disputes to a business, and the importance of building practical, risk-conscious solutions from the outset. Andy Bohannon

Andy Bohannon, CPRP, serves as the Deputy City Manager for the City of Keene, bringing decades of public service experience rooted in his lifelong connection to the community. A Keene native, he grew up participating in local recreation programs and began working for the City as a teenager. After graduating from Keene State College, Andy returned in 2004 to begin his professional career in municipal service, later leading the Parks, Recreation & Facilities Department before stepping into his current role. Throughout his career, Andy has expanded recreational programs, strengthened partnerships, and guided long‑term planning efforts that continue to shape Keene’s quality of life. His leadership in public‑private collaborations has been especially Impactful. Community impact has long been at the center of Andy’s work. He has played a leading role in major park, trail, and facility improvements, helping secure more than $3 million in grants and donations to support community projects. These efforts have resulted in renovated parks, enhanced trails, and upgraded recreation facilities that serve residents of all ages. Outside of work, Andy enjoys golf, Disney, and time with family, and he remains active on several local boards.


Ansley Booker

Ansley Booker, Ph.D. is a native of Eatonton, Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in biology from Georgia Southern University in 2008, where she was a Ronald E. McNair Scholar, a Master of Science in pharmacy from the University of Georgia in 2013, and her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Mercer University in May 2019. Ansley is a two-times TEDx speaker, consultant, and author. Dr. Booker is currently the inaugural Jim and Penny Coulter Executive Director of Dartmouth NEXT, STEM Excelerator at Dartmouth College. 


Margaret Byrnes

Margaret has served as Executive Director of the New Hampshire Municipal Association since 2019. She joined NHMA in 2014 as a staff attorney. Previously, she was an associate attorney with the firm Hage Hodes, P.A. in Manchester and an adjunct professor of legal research and writing at Northeastern University School of Law, Suffolk Law School, and The Massachusetts School of Law. Margaret has an M.B.A. from The University of New Hampshire Paul School of Business, a J.D. from the Massachusetts School of Law, and a B.A. in English Language and Literature and Classical Languages from Smith College. She volunteers for Darbster Kitty and as a CASA (Guardian ad Litem) for CASA of New Hampshire and serves as an alternate on the Baker Free Library Board of Trustees. Elsy Cipriani

Elsy Cipriani is the Executive Director of the New Hampshire Food Bank – a program of Catholic Charities NH – bringing  a wealth of experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, and community advocacy. Since stepping into the role in April 2025, she has focused on expanding statewide food access, championing public policy for critical federal nutrition programs like SNAP and advancing workforce development through their culinary job training program. Prior to her work with the New Hampshire Food Bank, Elsy served for over four years as the Executive Director of New Generation, an emergency shelter part of Catholic Charities NH located in Portsmouth. Her extensive background in community services and organizational restructuring also includes impactful tenures at La Casa de Don Pedro in New Jersey, Heading Home in Boston, and the International Institute of New England (IINE) in Manchester. A passionate advocate for resilience both in the community and in her personal life, Elsy is an active ultra-endurance runner. She recently completed the rigorous Fire + Ice multi-stage race in Iceland, entirely self-supported while covering 160 miles over six days. Elsy lives in Derry with her husband Jeremy and her son Evan.


Amy Rich Crane
Executive Director and Dual Board Certified Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Reach for the Top Therapy Services
Hometown: Epping

Amy Rich Crane is a dual board-certified pediatric occupational therapist, nonprofit executive director, vice chair of her town budget committee, youth sports coach, wife, and mother of two. As a neurodivergent leader with lived experience navigating disability, trauma, loss, and adversity, she has built her career around a simple belief: people thrive when they’re seen, supported, and celebrated. After practicing pediatric therapy across the US while her husband served in the Army, Amy saw the same challenges community after community: barriers to care, provider burnout, workforce shortages, administrative burdens, and systems failing the children they’re meant to serve. Today, she leads innovative interdisciplinary neuroprotective programs while advocating for responsive systems of care. Following Leadership Seacoast, Amy was inspired to act on two issues that keep her awake at night: youth suicide and school violence. When proposed legislation was sent interim study in 2026, she continued the work locally, bringing educators, healthcare professionals, and community leaders together to advance practices that protect children and break down silos. Her guiding question: If we know children do better when they feel safe and supported, what becomes possible if society stops asking children to survive broken systems and starts building systems worthy of children?


Kim Danis

Kim Danis, RN, BSN, MBA, CNML, is the Director of Nursing for Dartmouth Hitchcock’s Manchester and Nashua Ambulatory practices, providing leadership for outpatient nursing teams across multiple specialties. With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, she is passionate about developing leaders, improving patient care, and advancing nursing practice. Kim serves as Chair of the Commission for Government Affairs for the New Hampshire Nurses Association and is a member of the Manchester Community College Nursing Advisory Board. She also volunteers with the New Boston Fire Department. Throughout her career, she has focused on building collaborative teams, mentoring nursing students and future healthcare leaders, and creating environments where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. Scott DeRoche

Scott DeRoche has served as the Executive Director of HealthTrust, a nonprofit public sector risk pool, since March 2024. Scott started his HealthTrust career in 2012 and held numerous operational roles throughout the organization. Scott is passionate about helping the community and proud to serve the incredible New Hampshire public sector employers and employees that make our state a great place to live and work. Prior to joining HealthTrust, Scott worked at UnitedHealthcare where he trained teams in customer service and many of the technical aspects of the health insurance industry. His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and International Development from the University of Vermont. A Concord resident since 2011, Scott loves spending time with his wife and two children enjoying all that New Hampshire has to offer including skiing, biking, boating, and hiking. Joseph R. Devine, Jr

Joseph Devine serves as the Town Manager for the Town of Salem, where he oversees municipal operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and the delivery of services for one of the state’s largest and fastest-growing communities. He was appointed Town Manager in 2024 after previously serving as Salem’s Assistant Town Manager and has dedicated his career to public service and local government leadership. Prior to his work in municipal administration, Joe spent more than fifteen years in criminal justice and law enforcement, including service as a police officer. His diverse professional background has provided him with a unique perspective on public safety, organizational leadership, and community engagement. Joe holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of New Hampshire, along with degrees in Business Administration and Criminal Justice. He is a Certified Public Manager, an ICMA Credentialed Manager, and serves on the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire Municipal Association. In 2025, he was appointed to the New Hampshire Fire Standards and Training Commission and also serves on the Board of Trustees for Parkland Medical Center. Throughout his career, Joe has focused on strengthening local government operations, improving transparency, advancing major infrastructure projects, and fostering collaboration between elected officials, staff, and residents. Dana Dexter

Dana J. Dexter is a law enforcement leader, elected official, educator, and community volunteer with more than two decades of public service in New Hampshire. He serves as a Sergeant with the Concord Police Department, where he has worked in patrol, investigations, digital forensics, and leadership roles throughout his career. Dana also serves as the Ward 3 Alderman for the City of Manchester, representing residents on the Board of Mayor and Aldermen. A strong believer in civic engagement and leadership development, Dana serves as Chair of the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice Advisory Board at Norwich University, a member of the Executive Board of Directors for Scouting New Hampshire, and Secretary of the Dance Teachers’ Club of Boston. He has also volunteered with Massachusetts Boys State for more than 25 years, helping develop the next generation of civic and community leaders. Dana is passionate about mentoring others, whether through public service, higher education, youth leadership programs, or the performing arts. An accomplished tap dancer and instructor, he enjoys sharing his love of dance and helping students build confidence through performance and education. Jonathan Eddinger
Cardiologist at Concord Hospital

Jonathan Eddinger is a cardiologist at Concord Hospital. He has been practicing in New Hampshire since his graduation from fellowship and is honored to be part of the state’s medical community. Prior to joining Concord in 2025, he was the Medical Director of cardiology at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester. His career started at Wentworth Douglass Hospital in Dover in 2006 with a focus in preventive cardiology, lipidology and cardiac imaging. Dr. Eddinger was born and raised in Manchester and came back to the state after completion of his medical education. He has served on the Board of Directors of the American Heart Association and is a member of the State’s Board of Medicine, currently serving as its President. He is also a board member of the Palace Theatre and the Catholic Healthcare Foundation of Greater Manchester. His service includes numerous hospital committees throughout his medical career encompassing ethics, stewardship, quality and patient advocacy. He considers practicing medicine a calling and a privilege. He graduated from the Boston University School of Medicine with honors, being selected for Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed his internship and residency at Boston Medical Center and his cardiology fellowship at Maine Medical Center in Portland Maine. He received his BA in Economics, Cum Laude, from Colby College in Waterville, Me. Dr. Eddinger is proud to call New Hampshire home and wants to help shape the future of healthcare in our State. His desire is to understand more about the people, values and economics in our great State and is excited for this opportunity at Leadership New Hampshire.


Shalimar Encarnacion
Outreach & Community Coordinator at Children’s Scholarship Fund

Shalimar Encarnacion is a first-generation Latina American, bilingual advocate, and community engagement and communications strategist dedicated to expanding access, equity, and opportunity across New Hampshire. She currently works with Children’s Scholarship Fund New Hampshire, where she strengthens relationships with families, schools, and community partners while helping New Hampshire families better understand the educational opportunities and resources available to K–12 children who live in the state. A seasoned public speaker and connector, Shalimar brings experience in cross-cultural outreach, event coordination, partnership-building, and community education. Since 2020, she has also supported BIPOC small business owners, reflecting her broader commitment to economic opportunity, civic engagement, and community advancement. Her ability to bridge cultural divides and connect diverse communities has been central to her work across education, family engagement, and public service. She is especially passionate about creating spaces where families feel informed, represented, and empowered. Shalimar is a graduate of Leadership Greater Manchester, was honored with the Vita et Caritas Award from the NH Diocese, and is a fellow of the Equity Leaders Fellowship of NH. Christine Fajardo
Director, User Experience Research & Design at Year Up United

Christine Fajardo was born and raised in southern Maine. She is the proud daughter of an immigrant father and grew up in a native Spanish-speaking family. While her father modeled hard work and pride in making a good life, her mother modeled helping others and standing up for what’s right. Along the way, she discovered a love for art and design and eventually ran her own award-winning graphic design studio for many years, using her creativity and work ethic to help solve important business problems for her clients. After 16 years as a successful graphic designer, Christine made a shift toward user experience design and over the last 9 years has continued to tackle complex business and IT Systems problems by keeping people at the center of her work—their needs, behaviors, and aspirations. This human-centered approach to design naturally extended beyond her professional life and into the realm of civic service, leading her to run for elected office in 2021. As a three-term member of Manchester’s Board of Aldermen, representing Ward 4, Christine brings the same creative problem-solving mindset to community challenges: listening closely to constituents, identifying root-cause issues, and collaborating to build solutions that work for everyone. Whether designing interfaces or shaping policy, Christine’s goal remains consistent—create thoughtful solutions that improve how people interact with the systems that serve them. And when the system isn’t serving them, push hard to improve the system itself.


Alana Fiero

Alana Fiero is a Marketing and Communications Specialist at Sonnax in Bellows Falls, where she supports communications and marketing initiatives for a leading manufacturer of  high-quality aftermarket transmission products. Originally from Albany, Alana has called the Monadnock Region home since 2018. She is actively involved in her community, serving on the board of the Keene Young Professionals Network and as Board Chair of the Hannah Grimes Center. A proud alumna of Penn State University, Alana is passionate about using strategic communications and storytelling to strengthen connections, support local organizations, and build vibrant communities. Sandra Gagnon

Sandra Gagnon is a regulatory and stakeholder engagement leader with more than 20 years of experience in New Hampshire’s energy sector. She currently serves as Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Eversource, where she leads strategic regulatory initiatives and cultivates key relationships. Sandra began her career with Public Service Company of New Hampshire (now Eversource) as a Procurement intern and has progressed through roles of increasing responsibility, including Buyer, Regulatory Customer Relations Specialist, and Senior Project Manager overseeing outreach for major transmission construction projects. Her work has focused on building strong partnerships with regulators, municipal leaders, and community stakeholders to support reliable energy solutions and regulatory outcomes. Deeply committed to community engagement, Sandra is actively involved in numerous nonprofit and civic initiatives.  She has a BS in Business Administration from UNH and holds an MBA from SNHU. As a life-long resident of NH, Sandra is a Hooksett resident with her husband Dave, their children Jacob and Rylee and American bulldog, Riggs.


Matthew Hanson

Matt Hanson is the COO for the Granite YMCA, where he has worked in a variety of different roles for over 27 years. In his current role he helps lead operations at 6 traditional Y branches in Manchester, Goffstown, Londonderry, Portsmouth, Concord and Somersworth as well as two overnight camps in Alton and Strafford. As a former camper and Y participant, Matt enjoys giving back to an organization that has been so impactful in his own development as a leader. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree from Springfield College in Recreation Management and a master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Organizational Leadership. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife and 10-year-old son. 


Clay Callaway Hayles

Growing up in a military family, Clay Hayles has lived in Kansas, Alabama, Virginia, South Carolina, and Texas. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Yale College in 2007, and completed his Master of Architecture degree at the Yale School of Architecture in 2012. He was based in New York City for 10 years, where he worked for Robert A.M. Stern Architects. After relocating to New Hampshire in 2020, he joined Samyn-D’Elia Architects of Holderness, where he is now a partner. The firm recently completed work on The Lake Estate on Winnisquam, a 114-room boutique resort in Tilton that celebrates the architectural spirit of New Hampshire’s White Mountains and Lakes regions. Clay resides in Dunbarton. 


Erin Holmes

Erin Holmes, P.E., is a professional engineer and environmental leader with extensive experience in drinking water, watershed management, water quality programs, and environmental remediation. In September 2024, she began her role as Chief Engineer at Pennichuck Water Works, a New Hampshire-based water utility, where she leads the engineering department with a focus on sustainable and resilient water resources and infrastructure, innovation, and long-term strategic goals. Prior to joining Pennichuck, Erin held several leadership roles at the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, including Administrator of the Watershed Management Bureau and Administrator of the New Hampshire Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund. In these roles, she oversaw statewide watershed initiatives, managed multidisciplinary teams, and directed complex environmental and funding programs. Erin has been recognized for her collaborative leadership style and strong stakeholder engagement, built over a 20-year career spanning both public and private sectors. Erin holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of New Hampshire where she also studied Environmental Engineering as a Master’s Curriculum.


Maxim King

Hello, I’m Max. I am a New Hampshire State Trooper working on the 15th year of my career. I was born in the Soviet Union in 1980, where I grew up with my mother in Siberia. We immigrated to the United States when I was 13 and I learned American culture and English living in Alaska, where I graduated high school. I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in 2000 and performed my duties as a scout sniper for the next 4 years. I decided to move to New Hampshire in 2004 to be closer to my parents who put down roots in Canterbury. I graduated from UNH with a degree in International Affairs and took a job with the State Police shortly after that. After a decade of working on the road, I was asked to join the Governor’s Security team where I’m currently assigned. I live Concord with my girlfriend Sarah, who is awesome.


Emily Lawrence
Advocacy Director at Waypoint
Hometown: Derry

Emily Lawrence is the Advocacy Director at Waypoint, New Hampshire’s oldest human services organization, where she advances legislative, judicial, and public policy initiatives to improve outcomes for children and families. She previously served as New Hampshire’s first Associate Child Advocate and Legal Counsel, where she oversaw critical incident reviews, monitored state systems impacting child welfare, and led groundbreaking case reviews using a safety science approach to identify system-wide improvements. In that role, she also reviewed agency implementation of the law, managed complex cases of concern, and helped shape policy and legislation through a child-centered lens. Emily began her legal career as a law clerk with the New Hampshire Superior and Supreme Courts, where she served for over a decade. She holds a J.D. from New England Law | Boston and a B.A. in psychology with a concentration in child development from Barnard College. A former early childhood educator, Emily brings a deep understanding of child development to her work. She is the Vice President of the Board for the Children’s Law Center – NH and a member of the New Hampshire’s Women’s Bar. She is active in several state advisory groups and enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and beloved dog, as well as, baking, and traveling to the Adirondacks. 


Brendan Madden

Brendan oversees the awarding of financial aid for service dog teams, and also coordinates the organization’s education and advocacy programs. Brendan’s father was on active duty in the army. He was born in upstate NY, he then moved to Virginia, California, and Germany before settling in Dover, NH in 1992. In 2004 he was diagnosed with a rare brain tumor, which left him with some disabilities. After many months in intensive care and many complications, he left the hospital unable to talk, walk, and on a feeding tube. He spent months in a rehabilitation hospital and continued in a day rehab. He continued many therapies over the years; Brendan continues his vestibular physical therapy at MGH. In 2005, he was matched with his first service dog Japhy. It was during this time he realized that individuals with service dogs on a fixed income may struggle with veterinary bills as their dog aged. In 2018 he founded NHCSSD to assist those individuals. Brendan also enjoys his community involvement and advocating for his organization and for people with disabilities.


Erin Mooney Martin

Erin Mooney Martin holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and has devoted her career to both the practice and study of teaching. She currently teaches visual arts at the high school level and brings her expertise to higher education as an adjunct lecturer, where she teaches courses in educational leadership, ethics, and research methods.  With a career spanning elementary to higher education, Erin’s work is grounded in a deep commitment to teaching, learning, and equity. 


Morgan Hughes Maroun

Morgan Hughes Maroun serves as Director of Appointments and Liaison to the Executive Council in the Office of Governor Kelly Ayotte, where she oversees gubernatorial appointments across hundreds of state boards and commissions, including judicial appointments and department heads, and manages bi-weekly Governor and Executive Council meeting where all state contracts are approved. A licensed attorney, she brings a background in transactional real estate law from her time at Orr & Reno and holds a JD from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, an MS in Real Estate Development Finance, and a BS in Finance from Penn State’s Smeal College of Business — which she finished in three years. She bleeds blue and white and tries to get back to State College as often as she can. Morgan is a true New Hampshire native with deep roots in the state — she grew up in Bedford, attended Bishop Guertin High School, and now calls Moultonborough home. Between her own family and her husband’s, she’s surrounded by Granite Staters and loves any chance to spend time with them. When she’s not at the State House, she’s on Winnipesaukee, dirt biking through her fields, swimming laps at sunrise, or skiing a local mountain.


Amy Mayo

Arnold Mikolo

Arnold Mukwanga Mikolo is an Environmental Justice Community Advocate for New Hampshire. He was born in the Northeastern region of the Democratic Republic of Congo and lived there until he was 11 years old. Arnold’s family moved multiple times and left the country due to political instability. After graduating from high school, Arnold moved to Uganda for his undergraduate studies in business. To give back to the community, Arnold volunteers with New Hampshire Legal Assistance, where he works as a housing tester to help end housing discrimination. Arnold is currently the Branch President of the Manchester NAACP chapter. Arnold received the “Civic Leader of the Year” award in 2016 from Stay Work Play, was named in “40 under Forty” in 2017 by the Union Leader, featured in the “2018 It List” by New Hampshire Magazine, and appeared on the cover of the 2019 Manchester Advantage Magazine with the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce. He was also honored with the 2021 Good Samaritan Award by the Pastoral Counseling Services.


Cheryl Monroe

Cheryl Monroe, MBA, is the Director of Finance at Northeast Delta Dental, where she leads financial strategy, oversees enterprisewide financial reporting and analysis, and partners with auditors, regulators, and senior leadership to ensure organizational strength and transparency. Since joining the company in 2003, she has advanced through multiple roles, building deep expertise in financial operations, budgeting, and team development. Cheryl earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Merrimack College and her MBA in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a 2023 Hoffman-Haas Fellowship graduate and serves on the Advisory Committee for the Concord Regional Technical Center, contributing to workforce development in the region. Patrick Morgan

Across his 30-year career, Patrick Morgan has led high tech electronics businesses delivering semiconductor chips into billions of mobile phones, internet-connected cars, and smart factories all around the world.  His work began with a Ph.D. at Stanford University in the Information Systems Laboratory, continuing to Fortune 500 companies and startups, leading to his career at Analog Devices, Inc. and his relocation to the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Patrick is energized by “tech for good” that turns data into meaningful information with positive impact.  Today Patrick serves as an advisor for high technology companies focusing on AI sensing and automation, and on the Board of New Hampshire Public Radio.  He and his family enjoy hiking and skiing in the White Mountains, live music, evening walks, and participating in local events across the state. 


Ian Oneail

Manisha R. Patel

Bonnie Scadova

Bonnie Scadova has more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit financial management and currently oversees all financial aspects of the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund as Chief Financial Officer. The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund provides people and communities with the financial, human, and civic resources they need to be economically secure by offering loans, coaching, and guidance to people, businesses, nonprofits, and communities to enable them to own and preserve affordable homes, grow small businesses, access cost saving clean energy, and provide strong community services. Bonnie joined the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund in 1998 and has helped develop the nonprofit organization’s financial capacity as it grew from $10 million in total assets to nearly $240 million today. Prior to joining the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, Bonnie worked for other nonprofit organizations in the areas of international development and public policy. She currently serves as treasurer on the Board of Trustees of the Paraprofessional Healthcare Institute, the nation’s leading authority on the direct care workforce. She holds a B.A. in International Studies from Stonehill College and a certificate in Accounting from Franklin Pierce College. Outside of work, Bonnie enjoys travel, the ocean, and skiing.


Gregory Stout

Greg Stout is a leader in New Hampshire’s artificial intelligence community and a technologist with 30 years of experience building and modernizing the systems organizations depend on. Greg is the founder and CEO of Launch Theory, a NH based software development and technical leadership firm. Greg’s notable accomplishments include leading institutional technology engagements Tufts University, University of Massachusetts System, RSA, Rational Software, and serving as fractional chief technology officer for companies including AtGames and RallyPoint, a social network for the military community, and co-authoring a book on the Drupal CMS. In 2013 while at GlobalPost, Greg began experimenting with artificial intelligence to discover connections between news content. While under Greg’s technical leadership, GlobalPost, the international news organization received a technical Webby and the majority of notable awards in American journalism, including the Peabody Award; the Overseas Press Club Award, two Edward R. Murrow Awards; and 25 Best in Business Journalism Awards from the SABEW. Among Greg’s recent projects was a Department of Defense initiative that successfully utilized AI to reduce self-harm among service members generating more than 6,000 interventions. Today, Greg and his team are utilizing big health data and AI to forecast healthcare system changes that help organizations and law makers guide the institutions delivering care. Greg serves on the New Hampshire Tech Alliance’s Startup Subcommittee and works to build the state’s AI community as a regional organizer of AI in NH and in Washington as a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program graduate advocating for small business access to AI. Greg will teach “Applied Artificial Intelligence” at the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics in Spring 2027.


Jamie Swan

Jamie Swan is the Chief Program Officer of Community Action Partnership of Strafford County (CAPSC), where she has spent more than 17 years advancing programs and services that support individuals and families throughout Strafford County. In her role, she provides strategic and operational leadership for a broad range of initiatives, including housing and homelessness services, Head Start and Early Head Start, fuel and electric assistance, home visiting, senior transportation, food security, and many others. Known for her collaborative approach and strong commitment to mission-driven work, Jamie has led organizational growth, program development, and system improvements that expand access to services and strengthen outcomes for the people CAPSC serves. Her expertise includes nonprofit operations, grant management, strategic planning, organizational development, and cross-sector partnership building. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Jamie is actively engaged in community service and nonprofit leadership. She serves on the Board of Directors for Safe Haven Ballet and has contributed her time and expertise to numerous community initiatives focused on improving opportunities for children and families. Kristen Taylor

Kristen Taylor is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President of Financial Services for New Hampshire Electric Cooperative and New Hampshire Broadband. She joined NHEC in 2018 and has since advanced through leadership roles, becoming Manager of Financial Services in 2020 and CFO in 2023. In her current role, Kristen oversees the financial performance of both the electric and broadband divisions, including rate development, cash management, budgeting and forecasting, and internal and external audits.  Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Providence College. She serves as Treasurer of the Northeast Association of Electric Cooperatives (NEAEC) and is a member of the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives (NSAC). Kristen lives in the Lakes Region with her significant other Travis and their five daughters. 


Shirley Tomlinson

Shirley serves as the Community Engagement and Outreach Specialist for the NH Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Health Access. Over the past four years, she has helped bring community voices to the center of statewide conversations and worked with partners across agencies to reduce barriers to healthcare. She co-leads the SOAR Youth Workforce Development Conference, which brings together more than 100 young people from across New Hampshire to explore education and career opportunities. Shirley is also a dedicated advocate for behavioral health and collaborates on efforts to create more open, stigma-free conversations in communities across the state. Her commitment to service extends far beyond her professional role. She is actively involved with organizations including Makin It Happen, Victory Women of Vision, Black Lives Matter NH, the Conservation Law Foundation, the NAACP Health Committee, MomsRising, One Church, and the Boys & Girls Club of Manchester, supporting initiatives focused on equity, health, youth empowerment, and community advocacy. Cecilia Ulibarri

Cecilia Ulibarri (she/her) is a multidisciplinary artist, cultural organizer, and community builder based in Southern New Hampshire. As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Positive Street Art, she has spent more than a decade using urban arts as a catalyst for connection, creativity, and community impact. Through murals, workshops, exhibitions, and public art initiatives, Cecilia works to amplify underrepresented voices and create accessible opportunities for artists of all backgrounds. Her professional experience spans the nonprofit, municipal, and business sectors, including roles with the City of Nashua Mayor’s Office and the Nashua Chamber of Commerce. Cecilia currently serves on the board of the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits and has been an active member of Rotary Club of Nashua West for a decade, including serving as the first Latina president of her local club. She also serves as a councilor for the New Hampshire State Council on the Arts, advocating for arts access and creative community development across the state. Her work is rooted in building relationships, fostering belonging, and using the arts as a powerful tool for positive change.


Ryan Warren

Ryan is a Partner at BerryDunn, where he provides accounting, audit, and advisory services as part of the firm’s Commercial Practice Group. He focuses on serving private clients in the real  estate, manufacturing, and employee-owned (ESOP) sectors, working closely with management teams to address complex financial and operational challenges and support long-term growth. Ryan has built his career through a combination of technical expertise, practical problem-solving, and a client-centered approach. He is known for his ability to translate complex accounting matters into clear, actionable insights, helping organizations navigate transactions, regulatory requirements, and strategic decisions. He holds a master’s degree from the University of New Hampshire and is a graduate of the AICPA Leadership Academy and Leadership Greater Manchester. In addition to his client work, Ryan is committed to advancing the accounting profession and developing future leaders. He has contributed to the AICPA as a CPA Exam content development team member and has served as an adjunct instructor  teaching auditing and advanced financial accounting. Ryan lives in Bow, with his wife and their cat, Milo. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, hiking and traveling with his wife and is actively engaged in his community, having served in leadership roles with organizations including Scouting America New Hampshire and the Nashua Adult Learning Center.


Anna Wells

Anna Wells is the Program Coordinator for Plan New Hampshire, a small yet mighty non-profit dedicated to fostering vibrant, sustainable communities throughout the Granite State. Through programs connecting municipal leaders, residents, and design professionals, Anna helps communities tackle critical challenges in walkability, housing, and downtown revitalization while highlighting the essential link between the built environment and social and economic health. Anna brings a Master in City Planning from MIT, a term on the Hopkinton Select Board, and years of experience in conservation, economic development, and community planning to the work she loves. She is eager to share her planning passion (and nerdiness) with communities statewide, starting with the Leadership New Hampshire Class of 2027. Her diverse background also includes roles as an AmeriCorps VISTA, Hopkinton Public Schools Foundation board member, small commercial property owner, certified yoga instructor, and recipe editor. Outside of her work, Anna is first and foremost a mother to two teenagers. Alongside her husband, she tends a small farm with five cattle, two horses, a dozen chickens, two dogs, and a cat. A former alpine ski racer, her winter months are spent as a cold but loyal spectator for her racing family. Anna firmly believes June is the finest month in the 603, enjoys birdwatching, listening to eclectic music, flowers, baking, and cooking, and she is happiest sharing a porch or a fire with good friends.


Alison Welsh
Cheshire County Treatment Court and Behavioral Health Court Coordinator
Hometown: Keene

Alison Welsh earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Modern Languages from Union College in Schenectady, N.Y., and a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. She began her legal career as a prosecutor with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office before serving as a public defender in Eugene, Oregon, where she worked with one of the state’s earliest Drug Court programs more than 30 years ago. Ms. Welsh currently serves as the Treatment Court Coordinator and Project Director for Cheshire County, New Hampshire. She also directs the county’s Behavioral Health Court programs, including the Alternative Sentencing Program and Mental Health Court. In these leadership roles, she oversees the daily operations of multidisciplinary teams, fosters collaboration among criminal justice and behavioral health partners, and develops policies and procedures consistent with national best practices. She coordinates and facilitates weekly team meetings, manages program operations, oversees participant compliance and progress monitoring, and ensures the effective implementation of evidence-based practices. Under her leadership, the Treatment Court program currently serves approximately 20 participants and continues to grow in both capacity and impact. Throughout her career, Ms. Welsh has been actively engaged in community service and civic leadership. She has served on numerous boards and committees, including the Endowment for Health Advisory Council, Trauma Responsive Monadnock, the City of Keene Congregate Living Board, the Keene Serenity Center, Stonewall Farm, the Keene Agricultural Commission, and the Monadnock United Way Allocations Committee. She also spearheaded a community fundraising effort that raised $90,000 to construct a playground at Symonds Elementary School. Ms. Welsh resides in Keene, with her husband, a recently retired professor from Keene State College. They are the proud parents of three adult children who share a commitment to lifelong learning and higher education. One is pursuing a Ph.D., another is completing a second master’s degree, and the third is continuing his academic studies.
